Purpose and Ideology:
Circle of the Sacred Spirit (CSS) was formed to create an atmosphere for spiritual, emotional and intellectual growth for its members as well as the pagan community as a whole.
- We honor God, Goddess and Spirit as well as the Cardinal Directions (Four Quarters) in our rituals.
- We work various types of magick for the betterment of our lives, as individuals and as Covenmates.
- We support one another as we strive for healing, growth, and the achievement of our aspirations.
- The central belief system of CSS is Eclectic Wiccan.
- We strive to follow, whenever possible, the Wiccan Rede, “An’ it harm none, do what ye will.”
- Our Sabbat cycle is based on the Celtic Wheel of the Year and honors the Lady and Lord as they travel through the Wheel.
- Our Esbasts are held to honor either the Dark Moon or Full Moon.
- We mark the turning of the wheel in our personal lives with rites of passage rituals and/or magick.
- We believe every person is exactly where they are supposed to be on his/her path.
- We believe no two people are in the same place on their paths at the same time.
We honor our Mother Earth and all of creation as Sacred.
